4. Important Shipping Details

  • Dispatch Confirmation: We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure all delivery details are correct—mistakes may cause delays or invalid refunds.
  • Safe Place Delivery: If you’re not home, couriers may leave parcels in a “safe place.” You can update delivery preferences via courier messaging.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

  • Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos and retain original packaging.
  • Missing Items: If marked “delivered” but not received, you may need to complete a “Denial of Receipt” form for courier investigation.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from delivery to cancel according to Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds (excluding initial shipping cost) are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use beyond basic inspection.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.
